TIME UPDATE: Do not show up before NOON!!

So, what can make a night time Harry and the Potters / Pottercast / Remus Lupins / Whomping Willows show even more awesome?

A visiting college Quidditch game filmed by MTV that's what!

We've been invited by one of the founders of Emerson College Quidditch and Wizard Rocker Elizabeth Pashley (Potter Ink) to be spectators for this game.

As this is being filmed by MTV, I want our presence to be HUGE.

The game is scheduled to end at 5pm, but we will need to leave at 4pm to get to the HatP show.

I will be posting subway information on how to get from the game to the show.
I am going to get more exact details on where in the park we should meet.

Both are in Brooklyn and it shouldn't be too difficult to get to the show after we leave from the game.

Now, I know this is short notice. But if someone can make a HUGE banner that says "The Group That Shall Not Be Named - HP NYC" That we can hold up during the game would get like 2000 house points =)

MTV slowing everything down was horrible but the actual match was fantastic!! I posted a discussion in the Quidditch section, btw.

The best way to get to Mccarren Park and Driggs avenue from the city is to take the L train to Bedford Avenue. The train station is about 5 blocks from the park. FROM Mccarren Park, we will be walking north to the Nassau Avenue G train station and taking that downtown to Smith and 9th Street station. The Bell House Venue is about 3-4 blocks from the Smith and 9th street station. Here is a map from Google: http://tiny.cc/bS0K6

so. I have a very important question. Which team are we supporting, and what are their colors?

The match was great and SO much fun to watch! MTV got annoying, lol.

Screw MTV. It was a crock. All staged. Ridiculous. I actually thought WE would have a larger part than audience here. We were SO gonna play as well! But. No matter. We all left early to get to a REAL party anyway. Boo you MTV. Boo youuuu. ;[

It was a great game, though it sucked that we had to wait three hours in the rain for it.
    •  The rain hampered the filming of the College Quidditch game by MTV. But, overall it turned out to be an exciting game. The students from Middlebury and Enmerson take their game seriously. The game was faced paced with seroius contact. The snitch was definetly an athelete. He was able to out manuever the sweepers. The game was well organized.
