GROUP TICKETS HAVE ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED FOR HP THE EXHIBITION ON OCT. 25TH.
IF YOU STILL WANT TICKETS YOU NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR OWN.

We have tickets for the 12:25pm viewing. If you get tickets after us, try to get them near the same time slot. That way you can rejoin the group inside the exhibit =)

----------

Since the announcement that the HP Exhibition was moving to Boston, I have been in contact with the HP-MA regarding possible festivities in their home town =)

We have put together an excellent weekend of fun. That starts Friday night Oct. 23rd and Ends Sunday night the 25th.

There are some issues with these events I need to mention:

- The Halloween party is hosted by Amanda Burke, the organizer of HP-MA. It is in Lynn Mass. which has no means of mass transit. So we are organizing a car convoy. I will leave it to each driver who is joining us for the weekend to decide who drives with them. I apologize, but it is not right for me to arrange who is getting a lift in whose car.

- If you have a car and are coming to the events, and want to advertise that you have space please feel free to do so in the comments.

- For the museum trip on Sunday, we are going to buy tickets in a block so we all attend at the same time.
The starting block we are attending is for 12 noon. As that fills up we will buy tickets in the next block, which is only 5 mins apart. We are going to allow our members to pay TGTSNBN via this meetup interface and we will buy the tickets for them. Tickets are going fast, but we will keep buying them in incremental blocks as needed. The tickets are $26, and we will be adding a small fee to cover the payment system charge.

- If you are making your own arrangements please feel free, the link to the museum ticket page will be at the bottom.

Here is the full itinerary for the weekend:

Friday Oct 23rd - Leave in the early morning or afternoon. 7pm we are storming Salem with the HP-MA in costume!

Saturday Oct 24th - Morning events to be determined, maybe brunch, we might even go back to Salem during the daytime.
Saturday Oct 24th - 7pm - 12am - COSTUME PARTY IN LYNN, MASS!
Sunday Oct 25th - 10:30am - we leave for the Museum for our 12pm time block
Sunday Oct 25th - around 2pm - lunch in Boston
Sunday Oct 25th - 3pm or so - most people will probably be heading home.

We are still arranging hotel details and will post what we find as soon as possible. More than likely everyone will be on their own for hotels.

Sorry this a bit of a "do it yourself" Meetup. But we work with what we got and do our best to facilitate the fandom =)

Oy. I am going to need to plan more costume!? I think I might have to start recycling. Maybe my quidditch outfit will be done by then. OH! I think I might do adult madame pince for Salem. Which will look like "generic witch".

So, are doing HP costumes for eveything or differnt costumes and are we dressing up for the Musume? Also the Musume parking say it tends to fill up by 10:30 on busy days so we may want to look around the area and try and find places to park for those of you whom are driving.
