At this Meetup we are going to announce the special project that I mentioned in my previous New Years e-mail.
I hope to open a discussion on the idea, let everyone know what our plans are, and then hopefully get our members input as well =) This is going to be something we have never done before, and I don't believe has been done before in our fandom. I hope that when you hear what it is you are as excited as the Org Committee and myself are.


We will also discuss our other plans for the new year, and will open the meeting to hear your ideas on activities and events.

For our friends over seas and away from home, we hope to stream this Meetup and take your own suggestions from the online chat. Stream link will be provided soon as well.

I know it takes a bit of maneuvering for the tables, and we still had people trickling in at the end of the meeting, but it would have been nice to form a more organized shape rather than the weird little worm we ended up with. But that's just me... But those things aside, I came down to hang out and get to know people better, and that did happen, so YAY! ”
