------

The planets have aligned this year, and we are INCREDIBLY fortunate that the high holy day of April 1st lands on the 1st Thursday of the month!

Lets celebrate Fred and George Weasley's Birthdays in style with a group viewing of A Very Potter Musical!

What is AVPM? Here is the info from their website:

---
"A Very Potter Musical" is an unofficial, fan-made, parody show that covers the events of all seven "Harry Potter" books. This show is produced and performed solely for the personal, non-commercial enjoyment of ourselves and other Harry Potter fans. It is in no way sponsored, approved, endorsed by or affiliated with J. K. Rowling or Warner Bros. or any of their affiliates.

The show was written and produced in early 2009 through a non-profit student-run theatre company. It was a free show that ran for three nights (five performances). The songs were written by Darren Criss (who play Harry) and AJ Holmes (who plays piano in the band). The script was written by Matt Lang (who also directed this show), Nick Lang (who assistant directed and made the dragon puppet) and Brian Holden (who is cool).
---

AVPM was put on YouTube in multiple 10 minute segments. It quickly EXPLODED in popularity and the team that made it was completely blown away by the response.

Since that time, they have announced that the sequel to AVPM will be performed live at Infinitus.

---

Thanks to our member Kyra Bromberg, we were able to obtain a DVD version of the show, which includes several scenes that were censored out of the YouTube version =)

So please join us on April 1st, 2010 for a night of hysterical laughter and a touch of inanity.

VraiDaae - I don't think there is sheet music. If I recall, the cast mentioned that they never recorded the cords they used.
